Licensing & Cost-Sharing

Most of my projects are commissioned jointly. The architect, general contractor, interior designer and key subcontractors split one photography fee, and each company receives its own license to use the images. Everyone gets professional photography of the project for a fraction of what a solo shoot would cost.

Already built something I’ve photographed?

Many completed projects are available for licensing now. Tell me the project and the images you need, and I’ll send a license for your firm’s marketing, proposals, award submissions and social media, usually within one business day. Licenses are available for individual images or full project sets. Contact me for pricing.

Planning a shoot?

Tell me who else worked on the project. I’ll coordinate with each firm, split the cost transparently, and deliver one consistent set of images to the whole team.

Licenses are per company. Image credit: “Photo: Kyle Zirkus Photography.” Every shoot also includes a license for the project owner (your client, or your client’s client) at no added cost.
